Enjoyed our two night stay here, perfect for a longer stay to make use of the kitchen facilities. Positive: Lovely clean and comfortable property with excellent kitchen facilities and spacious layout. Shop across the road for essentials. Negative: We opted for this property because it was listed as having two bathrooms but it only had two toilets, not two bathrooms. We required two showers, so that we could all get ready for the races at the same time, so that was a little misleading. Somewhere to sit with a mirror, for the ladies to do hair and make-up in the bedrooms should be provided - so many properties overlook this. Also, it would be helpful to indicate that the accommodation was in the main building as we spent some time looking at the rear where we collected the key and where individual accommodation and parking was situated.

We'd definitely like to stay again. Positive: Perfect communication! The apartment is very well appointed. If you want to stay in all day, it's comfortable and lovely. If you just want a place to crash, it's a great location. We used the kitchen for dinner one night. We went to the pub next door the other night. It's a great pub! There is also a butchers and grocer's 100m away! We brought our dog. They provided a bed, a bowl, and some treats. Very lovely touch! Negative: Slightly more crockery. The master bed was a bit lumpy.

Positive: Everything is great, except the check-out time is too early at 10am. The host had even rushed all the way in the morning to help fix the boiler, much appreciated. It would be good to have more hooks in the bathroom, and provide washing detergent as we had only use a few plates and glasses in the kitchen and it wasn't necessary to operate the dishwasher.

Positive: Excellent location within easy walking distance of city centre Negative: Road noise is a bit intrusive when windows are open (necessary because rooms are kept very warm and guests are asked not to change the settings)
