Very enjoyable stay in beautiful York Positive: Good location, nice modern kitchen, great to have somewhere to sit outside. Negative: I think there is space for a kingsize bed and a better quality mattress

Lovely spot to visit close to the centre. Positive: Clean and great location from the centre. Kitchen facilities were modern and easy to use. Negative: The bedroom window isn't double glazed. You could hear noise from traffic from early in the morning. The bathroom needs attention. Shower leaks, the sealant needs replacing. TV needs updating with basic sky channels, present channels are way out of date.

Very good apart from no staff and having to clean pans before use Positive: Private car parking, easy walking distance to town, modern, good value. Negative: No instructions to find key safe. Finding property was not easy, unclear with name of apartment plus number?

Positive: Having somewhere to relax after a day walking round York, much better than a hotel room.
